Prior to your appointment, please ensure you have filled out our New Client Form (texted) and signed our Waiver (texted) and read through our current policies and guidelines below.
Our policy requires all guests to have a credit card on file in order to schedule an appointment.
We ask for a courtesy of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your
appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee for 100% of the service booked. We understand emergencies happen, so please call us to speak with a human.
If you’re not feeling well or have been exposed to illness, please do not come to your appointment. Let us know ASAP by calling/texting at 773-939-1665. We will do our best to accommodate you when you are well.
Our gratuity preference is CASH or Venmo at this time. We are unable to give cash back on a card, so please come prepared or there are 2 conveniently located ATM's near the salon.
Our exchange policy for retail products that have been gently used can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value with an option for store credit. We do not offer refunds for retail products.
We offer adjustments within stylist discretion to services received within 2 weeks of the original service. We do not offer refunds for services.
